Fitness Challenges

One of the hardest parts of fitness is simply getting started. Making that jump. So many obstacles are standing in your way. Time, anxiety, stress. So many reasons not to do it right? For me, one of the things that scared me the most was just not knowing how to use the equipment. Weird right? But it kept me from going so many times. There are a lot of challenges to getting going with a fitness routine. But if you take the leap, you will never regret it.
