Stephanie is all about HIRT(high intensity resistance training). She changes it every class and it is always a challenge. Join us at 5:15AM on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Suzanne focuses on total body workouts that are different everytime. Classes are at 6PM Thurs and 7AM Sat.

Rebound is about fitness through cardio and weights. Jump your way to fitness Mondays at 5:15AM.

Rhonda focuses on strength, mobility, and endurance in her classes with varied workouts. Join her and Jamie on Tuesdays at 6:00PM.

Carroll and Dan conduct Boot Camp classes on Saturdays at 6AM. With intense cardio and weights mixed in, this one will challenge anyone who attends.
